Cybersecurity Compliance
Developing and commercializing internet connected products in the EU has become increasingly complex, time consuming and expensive.
The complexity started to rise in summer 2025 with the EU’s Radio Equipment Directive Delegated Act (RED DA) which introduced mandatory cybersecurity requirements for all wireless-connected products.
In 2026 and 2027 the EU Data act and the Cyber Resiliency Act are starting to add even more constraints in the way products must be designed and operated.
