Reporting a Security Vulnerability
NextAirQ by Solution Tech S.R.L. takes the security of its products and services seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the NextAirQ platform, our mobile applications, cloud services, firmware, or any related system, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly.
How to Report
Please send your report via email to:
Your email subject must start with “Vulnerability report:” to be considered valid.
We strongly recommend encrypting your report using our PGP key to protect sensitive information. You can find our public PGP key at:

What to Include
To help us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- The brand and name of the product impacted by this vulnerability
- A description of the vulnerability and its potential impact
- The affected product or service (e.g., mobile app, cloud API, firmware, website)
- Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
- Any relevant screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept code
- Your contact information for follow-up (optional but appreciated)
What to Expect
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days.
- Assessment: Our security team will assess the vulnerability and determine its severity and scope.
- Updates: We will keep you informed of our progress as we work on a fix.
- Resolution: Once resolved, we will notify you and, where appropriate, credit your contribution.
Responsible Disclosure Guidelines
We ask that you:
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and address the issue before disclosing it publicly
- Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting data that does not belong to you
- Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue
- Do not perform actions that could impact the availability of our services (e.g., denial-of-service attacks)
